All prices shown on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes as per Indian law.
We accept multiple secure payment methods, including UPI, cards, net banking, and approved wallet services.
Payments are processed through trusted, RBI-compliant payment gateways. BlushAura does not store or access your financial details.
4. Shipping & Delivery
BlushAura offers free shipping across India with no minimum order value.
Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours, and delivery generally takes 2–6 business days depending on location and courier serviceability.
Tracking information is shared once the order is dispatched. Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, courier delays, festivals, or regional restrictions.
All parcels are shipped in plain, discreet packaging to protect customer privacy.
5. Shipping Issues (Tampering, Damage, Missing Items)
If a delivery appears tampered, damaged, or opened, please record a clear unboxing video before opening the package.
Customers must notify BlushAura within 24 hours of receiving the parcel along with photo/video evidence.
This is required for courier investigations, insurance claims, and faster resolution in line with standard logistics processes in India.
Once the shipment is handed over to the courier partner, BlushAura’s liability is limited to the shipment value declared and the coverage provided by the courier partner.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours, provided they have not been dispatched.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
If you choose to refuse a dispatched parcel at delivery, it will be returned to us as per courier Return-to-Origin (RTO) procedures. RTO charges may apply based on courier policies.
7. Returns & Refunds
BlushAura accepts returns under specific conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days once the returned product is inspected and approved.
Products that are opened, used, or not in their original condition may not qualify for return due to hygiene and safety standards.
8. User Responsibilities
Customers agree not to misuse the website, violate any applicable laws, upload harmful content, or attempt unauthorized access to BlushAura systems.
Any fraudulent activity may lead to cancellation of orders, blocking of accounts, or legal action under applicable Indian laws.

BlushAura is not liable for delays, non-deliveries, or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control such as courier delays, natural disasters, strikes, or system failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, BlushAura shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, typically where the company is registered or operates.
