Shipping policy

At BlushAura, we aim to deliver a smooth, fast, and completely discreet shopping experience. All parcels are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no product or brand details visible anywhere on the box. Your privacy is our priority.

1. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

COD may include a small COD handling fee, shown at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Orders placed after 5 PM may be processed the next working day.

During festivals, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Delivery Timeline

Delivery typically takes:

2–6 business days for most PIN codes

1–3 days for metro cities

5–8 days for remote or interior locations

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

Weather disruptions

Courier operational delays

Holidays or festivals

Local restrictions / strikes

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

4. Serviceable PIN Codes

We ship to most serviceable PIN codes across India using reliable courier partners.

If your PIN code is unserviceable:

Our team will contact you before dispatch

You may choose an alternate address or request cancellation

5. Shipping Issues (Damage, Tampering, Missing Items)

If the package appears tampered, opened, or damaged, please:

Record a clear unboxing video before opening the parcel

Keep the packaging materials intact

Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

We work only with trusted courier partners, but once the shipment is in transit, our liability is limited to the extent covered under courier insurance and declared value.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

If a package is lost or stuck in transit, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve it.

Lost shipments will be replaced or refunded after courier verification.

Delayed shipments beyond reasonable timelines will be assisted by our team until delivery.

7. Incorrect Address, Unreachable Customer & Failed Delivery

If:

The address provided is incorrect or incomplete

The customer is unavailable during delivery attempts

Phone number is unreachable

Courier cannot deliver due to customer-side issues

Then:

The package may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)

Reshipping may require payment of additional shipping charges

Refunds for RTO parcels will be processed after deducting courier charges

Frequent RTO behaviour may affect future COD eligibility.

8. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours, provided it has not been shipped yet.

If the order has already been dispatched:

You may refuse the parcel upon delivery

It will be treated as an RTO return

Refund will be issued once the parcel reaches back to us

Return shipping charges may apply

9. Shipping for Returns, Replacements & Exchanges

For returns/exchanges approved under our Refund Policy:

Pickup will be arranged from your location (if serviceable)

The product must be handed over in original sealed condition

Two-way shipping charges may apply for exchanges

For defective replacements, shipping is free unless the product is found functional
