Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
At BlushAura, your satisfaction, hygiene, safety, and privacy are our highest priorities. Every product undergoes strict quality checks and is packed in discreet, tamper-evident packaging before dispatch.
As our offerings fall under personal wellness and intimate care, we follow carefully defined hygiene and safety guidelines to ensure a secure experience for all customers.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns can be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
A return request will be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:
- Product is completely unopened
- Hygiene seal remains intact
- Packaging is untampered and in original condition
- Product has not been used or activated
- A complete unboxing video is provided
- Request is raised within 24 hours of delivery
Products that are opened, used, activated, damaged, or tampered with cannot be returned under any circumstances due to hygiene and safety standards.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email us at myblushaura@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Please include the following:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Clear images of the sealed product
- A full unboxing video (single continuous recording)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, our support team will guide you through the next steps.
3. Return Pickup & Inspection
After approval, a return pickup will be arranged.
The product must be handed over in the same condition as received.
All returned items undergo a quality and seal-integrity inspection at our warehouse. Only after successful verification will a refund or exchange be processed.
If the product does not meet eligibility criteria upon inspection, the return will be declined and the item will be shipped back to the customer. Return shipping charges may apply.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds are initiated only after the returned item passes quality inspection.
- Refund timeline: 7–10 business days to the original payment method
- COD refunds require valid bank account details
- Customers may opt for store credit instead of a bank refund
Non-refundable charges include:
- Shipping fees
- COD charges
- Gift-wrap charges
- Return shipping charges (where applicable)
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted only if:
- The product is unopened and unused
- The request is raised within 24 hours of delivery
Please note:
- Two-way shipping charges apply for all exchanges
- Upgrading to a higher-priced product requires payment of the difference
- Downgrades are issued as store credit
- Opened or used products are not eligible for exchange
6. Product Performance Issues
If you receive a product with a performance issue, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Complete unboxing video
- A clear video demonstrating the issue
- Photo of the charger, adaptor, or power source used
- Order ID and product details
After verification, a replacement unit will be arranged at no additional cost.
Refunds are not provided for verified performance issues; replacements are offered as per warranty terms.
If the product is found to be functioning correctly, a ₹799 shipping fee will apply to return the item.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if:
- The cancellation request is made within 24 hours, and
- The order has not yet been shipped
If the order has already been shipped:
- You may refuse delivery
- A refund (minus shipping charges) will be processed once the order returns to our warehouse
If delivery is accepted, standard return eligibility rules apply.
8. Rejected / RTO (Return to Origin) Orders
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailability
- Unreachable contact number
- Parcel refusal without valid reason
Shipping and COD charges (if applicable) will be deducted before processing a refund. Frequent RTO incidents may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
9. Non-Returnable Items
Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
- Broken or removed hygiene seal
- Tampered or damaged packaging
- Signs of use or activation
- Missing accessories, manuals, or complimentary items
- Damage due to improper usage
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale
- Items that have already been replaced once
10. Warranty Policy
Warranty coverage provides replacement only and does not include refunds.
Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Damage caused by exposure beyond recommended usage
- Improper handling or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Accessories such as cables, batteries, or consumables
11. Discreet Packaging & Privacy
All BlushAura orders are shipped in unbranded, discreet packaging. Delivery partners are not informed of the package contents.
